Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Grussendorf: Page 2, line 15: Delete "shall promptly prepare" Insert "is authorized to pursue any alternative that is in the best interest of the state including" Page 2, line 17, following "that": Delete "the" Insert "any" Representative Grussendorf moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Therriault objected. Representative Ryan placed a call of the House and lifted the call. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
